Intended to be the landmark building at the center of a Middle Eastern resort, the Pavilion was conceived as a complex, offering attractions, dining and a gift shop – all on three levels surrounding a grand atrium.
Designed to present the cultural heritage and natural history of the region in a variety of entertaining and immersive experiences, the attractions program includes a 4D large screen theater, a flying theater, and a VR theater with sensory effects. The Pavilion’s slate of attractions also includes an Ocean Discovery Center consisting of an aquarium, a simulated undersea lab, and the “Time Traveling Submarine” – an immersive dark ride.
